Frosch - iQCX Implementation Specialist (FULLY REMOTE)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Assist the Lead Implementation Specialist on US and Global accounts from start to finish
  • Attend calls with the Account Implementations team, Account Management and corresponding teams to configure new accounts during implementation periods
  • Work with Account Management and Account Implementations on custom work and configuration for Accounts before, during and after go-live dates
  • Attend calls with the previous mentioned teams to discuss any issues and/or processes that may need to be tweak for the client needs
  • During all the tasks above ensure that all Travel Policy and other facets of the client are addressed within the IQCX systems
  • Plan out, mark off and work through the CCAM tool to ensure all tasks are completed
  • Work with the IQCX Support and ResRule team members as needed
  • Back up the iQCX Support team as needed
  • Live up to FROSCH Core Values at all times: respect, integrity, excellence, communication, commitment and delivering the unexpected

Work Environment

  • FROSCH covers the cost of most work-related equipment for remote employees. Other tools, unless deemed essential for your job or medically necessary, may not be covered

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task, pro-actively resolve problems independently as well as together with the full support team and work well under pressure
  • Possess an eye for detail and honed organization skills
  • Detailed troubleshooting abilities
  • Mediate with both all teams to communicate issues found and how to resolve
  • Must have a strong ability to determine the root cause of issues
  • Experience with mid-office tool travel technology preferred, not required
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team
  • Previous travel agency or mid-office product management experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Sabre and Apollo GDS preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
